Once my mom was getting groceries out of the car when she saw someone walk behind her and laugh but she just thought it was my dad until he came out of the house to help her with the groceries. Like I said it was a brand new house so it hardly had any reason to be haunted other than something tied to the land.
I always wonder if the family that lives there now has experienced anything.

My husband and I have lived in Grayson together from 2006 - 2011. We moved to Arkansas and came back in 2012. We decided to rent a house in a subdivision off Pharrs Road until we were able to find another house that we liked.
