I saw the boy Friday night at 12:00. He was sitting on the top step of the concrete steps that are built into the wall. I was in in my vehicle and my passenger looked up the steps from the road and saw him sitting there.
He then said ''hey'' and there was no change in his posture or facial expressions. I didn't believe him 'til I looked in my passenger side mirror of my truck and there was this little boy wearing clothes that you would see in very old

movies with high waisted shorts and high boots with seeming like suspenders.
All the same color and almost transparent - looked like a chalky ivory

see through kind of color and he just sat there. Went around the block and looked some more and he was gone !!! True story - 100%.

Where the railroad crosses West Street on a bridge up on the tracks just about a hundred or so feet east of the bridge is a place where you can go and see a ghost if you are so inclined. A young man died there in a very stupid way.
