We stayed at a hotel by the Chattahoochee River for two nights in Helen, Georgia. We stayed in room 115 on May 23rd and 24th, 2022. Around midnight of May 24th we heard running back and forth in the room above us. It sounded like a kid or large dog just running back and forth. After an hour and constant running sounds my sister took her dog out for a walk and looked above us. She did not see any lights on in the room.
I decided not to call the

front desk because I knew if nobody was there, my family would want to leave. I did call the front desk in the morning we returned back home last night.

She checked the bookings and asked if I really wanted to know if anyone was upstairs the night of the 24th. I said yes. She told me that nobody was in the room above us or to the right or left of that room, so this means three rooms above us on the second floor were empty! The employee also told me that there is a couple who comes every Halloween to stay in Cabin #1.
This is a first encounter by any of us in the family. Well, my husband is an army
