I did what any other confused person would. I went to google and googled everything that had happened to me. Then I was even more frightened. Turns out I'm not the only one that this has happened to near my road, and the thing is I used to live near Brooklet's ''ghost road,'' and I was used to weird stuff happening to me, but I thought that since I moved to Portal I thought that everything would go away. I'm so scared. If this has happened to anyone

I too have heard the story about the haunted field. The reason the man turned mean was because he began drinking heavily after his wife ran off with another man. The reason the boy turned mean was because of his father.
The kid had to survive some way and then was still murdered by his father later on. This happened many years ago but no doubt this is an area where something evil and tragic happened and the souls involved cannot find any peace.
The house where the man and boy lived was nothing but some kind of old shack anyway and that probably contributed some to the unfortunate tragedy.
