Our house was haunted over a three-year period. A small girl lived in the upstairs. Sometimes you would see her out of the corner of your eye at the top of the stairs or in front of the window in the back of the house. She would interact with my kids by playing with their toys at night while they were sleeping. They would smell strawberry lip-gloss and see their toys left out even if the toys had been put away before they went to bed. They were just

little mischievous activities.
Then a darker presence began to visit. Some nights I would be up late working and the temperature would drop to

the point that you would need to wrap in blankets. One evening I started to go to bed, and a dark stick figure was standing in my bathroom. At first I thought my eyes were playing tricks. However, the figure began to move toward me coming out of the bathroom walking around the end of my bed toward me. I was so afraid I just closed my eyes and began to recite the Lord's Prayer. In a few minutes the terrified feeling left me, and the room was clear. I
