My visit to a local dress shop proved to be remarkable. An older well dressed lady was browsing accessories close to the door. She noticed me as I walked in and proceeded to look at gloves. After a few minutes I decided to look at the accessories close to where she was standing. At that time she proceeded to tell me that she knew my mother and that she also knew me. Kind of shaken, I told her that it was totally impossible as my mother had been deceased

for almost ten years. She, however, continued to tell me she knew my mother. I was so confounded by all of this; I just didn't think about asking who

she was. I just continued to another part of the store to browse, mumbling that maybe I'd figure it out.
Upon leaving I asked a sales associate in accessories if she knew the lady who had been standing there. The associate looked at me with a blank stare and said she had never seen a lady at the accessories counter. I looked around for myself and didn't see her. Upon getting in my car, I thought perhaps she would be getting in her car, and I looked
