I too lived in S. Marys from birth through my 18th year. I find it amazing that most all of you so called ghost hunters have to use electronic equipment such as cameras and recorders to ''capture'' visions and voices of supposed ghosts or spirits.

Ha ha you can really simply see them and hear them with your own eyes and ears if you just take the time to do so. I have had many numerous encounters with them all my life. You guys are silly. Almost the entire town and of course the cemetery is most definitely haunted by quite a lot of spirits.

I never encountered anything evil or negative. So don't worry. They won't harm you if you are sincere and your intent is pure.

I lived in Saint Marys for 6 years and was the director of SPRS there (Southern Paranormal Research Society) before I had to move home to take care of my parents. While I lived there, we investigated many of the places in the Historical District. One of the places we investigated (TWICE) was J's British Pub. That place is very haunted. We got 12 EVP's and 3 photos of apparitions. The first investigation we did there, we got a picture of a lady in what looks like a 40's or 50's type dress. She definitely was not part of our crew, we don't wear dresses on investigations. I believe the woman was a manager who was killed in the back alley late one night as she attempted to take the deposit to the bank at the end of her shift.
The second investigation we caught two men apparitions, one you can see through, the other looked pretty solid. J's is a great place to go to unwind, and maybe see a ghost!.
