I rent an office space in an old building in downtown Sautee. We had strange happenings since moving in. I could feel a presence as well as would smell tobacco. When we went upstairs I would feel someone next to me.
I was outside digging up plants and brought them around to my office and felt him. He was trying to get my attention. We have had multiple mediums come in and found out his name is Frank Jr. He has been seen and felt by dozens in just

six short months.
He died here in the valley peacefully during the Civil War but believes the war is on it's way to Sautee. Another tenant in the building

has had multiple contacts with him. I have asked him to leave me alone and he has.
