I was driving through the middle of Stockbridge and I could have sworn I saw some type of high ranking Confederate officer on a horse. I am not that familiar with the exact uniforms of the Civil War so I couldn't tell what rank he may have been exactly.
He appeared on the sidewalk for a split second and then disappeared. Has someone else seen this man besides me? Or does anyone know who it could be?.
