I have lived in Stockton for quite a while now, and many of the people that live around here including myself have had more than their share of paranormal experiences. We have quite an extensive history with battles among the Creek Indians, slavery, and accidents on the railroad that still runs through the middle of our town. I have never truly been afraid to talk about the paranormal or anything I have experienced, so here is what has happened to me personally.

live not too far from the Alapaha River which was known to have a connection with the Creek Indians. It is also to be rumored that there was also a steam

mill which used to function by the water of this river. I am not sure exactly when this took place, but I have heard this story through numerous people whose families have lived on this land for ages. One day the steam mill accidently somehow exploded by the cold and hot water mixing and in the end killing numerous workers and sending pieces of them into the overhanging tree branches. I have camped on this river around three times, and I personally feel
