I lived at 5x Archer Street in Toccoa and I can honestly say that sometimes when I would walk down the hall out of the living room I would look into the first room to my left and see a little boy watching me from the closet area.
He was blonde haired and pale faced. Then sometimes at night I would hear dishes moving around in the kitchen for no apparent reason. In the nineties a carbon monoxide leak there killed a small child and two other family members.

Comment by Jason: The child might feel close to you. He is alone, and when he sees you he may feel safe. He may also not understand that he is dead. His plan is not to scare you but only to feel needed and noticed.
