I live on and drive on Bemiss Highway to and from work everyday. It's also the main road most everyone uses to get to Moody Afb. I often have to travel in the evenings and late at night. I've been doing this for about 15 years. On several occasions I've notice people walking along sides the roads-- normal right? ---wrong-- on at least 3 times I noticed coming up on them that they didn't have any legs under the streetlights. Looked faded out.
