Comment by Ronald: This story may be a truth at the Toombs house. On Monday, August 1st 2018 at about 2 pm Sue Anna had a visitor she took on tour. The visit was about Robert Toombs decision on Dred Scott. Mr. Toombs knew this visitor was coming and expected. The visitor was not a slave. The visitor informed the tourist guide that one day a nation will be created by law for the people freed within the USA. Toombs should have the 13th amendment with 20 sections somewhere in the Toombs house. How did Robert Toombs have a Georgia state office and was not a citizen? He never took the oath when war was stopped. There are many spirits in motion in and around Robert Toombs' home. Confederate as well as Union soldiers. You will be surprised who they look like.

Walking to the old walking Park behind the court house we saw a tall white figure pacing along parallel with us. Knowing something was wrong we decided to run, the figure kept up with us until we got to the court house.
Later that day we had to walk down the same path and as we aproached the bottom nothing happened until when one of us felt a sharp blow to the head while the other felt something trying to grab him.
