All I can think of it was Devine intervention or it was a spirit animal if that is such a thing. So I am going with the Devine intervention because it would have been a bad accident if I hit it.

Previously was a security guard for the local hospital here in Winder GA. On more then one night while at work I would hear constant doors opening and closing. I would here the strange noises nightly between the hours of 2:45 to 3:30 am each night.
As you walk into the physician building there are two elevators to your immediate left... Which lead to the 3 floor levels above you. One night I was at work whenever I kept hearing the doors opening and closing from above me.
