Late at night when I am up waiting to fall asleep I would hear voices in my house asking for help? I thought it was my mind playing tricks on me and told myself just to go to sleep. Then 2 hours after falling asleep I woke up in a cold sweat and saw 3 dark figures standing at the foot of my bed. I was frozen in shock and fear of what it was.
I heard it again ''help us we are trapped we can't get out''. What does this mean? Was someone a family killed in

my house? What do I do? How could I help these lost souls get peace of mind and be able to rest?.
