What's the person's name that got killed first and how old was he or her?.

Comment by Madolyne: To my best knowledge the first suicide or murder ( which ever occurred) was a 17 year old boy. I'm not sure of the name but found a pair of porcelain baby shoes with the name Gabriel inscribed on them when I lived there. I had his old room.

The only thing that I can report about Brooklyn, MS is as follows. My boyfriend at the time doubted my insight into the paranormal. Two months later that was not his opinion. We were riding around one night and not knowing the area very well myself. He, however, is a lifelong resident. I asked him about ghosts and sightings in the area, and he said he didn't know of anything, but he knew people that have lived there a lot longer. What he found out was chilling, and he knew that I was not a liar. He then told me why, I freaked out. At the same house and at the same location about 1/2 mile down the road from the house, He couldn't give me dates, but it happened back in the 1960s.

There was a lack of neighbors around the area back then. I'm not very good at this... Story telling. Here's what I know and what happened. It was a married couple with three kids. He then told me what I was picking up on. Husband flipped then shot his wife and all the kids. Then he killed himself but before the suicide he loaded the bodies or dragged them 1/2 mile down the road. I'm choosing not to say much more than that it was not inside the limits of Brooklyn. The reason why, I don't want to scare the hell out of teenagers and for the spirits that are not at rest.

Comment by Madolyne: The murder/suicide house was my home for 12 years and is not far from a little covered bridge. I heard it was just 2 suicides, but that doesn't matter. Yes, it is very haunted. My mom actually lost her mind and attempted to kill herself and stab my brother. We sold it in 2008. It was a horrible experience, but she now says she doesn't remember what happened. Just wanted to say that it is in fact haunted. I was a very skeptical person before living there. We heard the rumors but ignored them because the house was a good price and come fully furnished. No one ever come to claim the property left behind.
