I was on CD Walker Street the other day, and I saw a young male figure near the water. There was a pond on the left side; I was heading south on my bike. I am not sure what the pond is called, but that is not important. I notice that the figure was walking towards the water slowly, almost walking too smoothly. I would say he was gliding. It was in February, and I don't think anyone in their right mind would want to go for a swim in there since it was freezing

cold. I kept looking at him, but then he just disappeared. It was in day light, and I had not been drinking. Has anyone heard anything about this? Please
