In the park by the tennis courts right there in the parking lot is where I once saw a ghost. This happened to me last year. I was in the park and I was walking through the parking lot by the tennis courts when I saw an older looking gentleman standing there looking very confused somehow.

He just had this blank stare straight forward. I thought maybe he needs help in some way so I went up to him. As I got close I said ''excuse me sir do you need any help''. At that moment he just vanished right in front of my eyes.
He was completely gone without a trace. Am I the only one who has seen him?.
