The pond by the railroad... Very haunted. Before the pond was there a man killed his wife in a jealous rage and buried her body where the pond is today. The area was haunted because of it way before the pond water covered it but the addition of the pond seems to have made the haunting worse.
Ghosts don't like water everyone knows that. So what do you get if you build a lake on top of a ghost... Well you get what we have here today. It's pretty and

everything but stay away at night if you don't want to see a ghost.
