Iwas at red ash last night 11-26-2011 my son and I where standing by the rail road tracks facing the bridge to take pic and right before I took the pic we both got goose bumps all over are body... And I got the feeling to get out of there that something didn't want us there very weird feeling and what's even more weird is I got a pic of a woman huvering over the train tracks she does not look happy at all...
I can't believe that I got this pic we have been up there many times and got nothing but last night was very different .. I also got lots of orbs... This place is haunted... I will share the pic when I can figure out how to put the pic on here...

Red ash is one of the most haunted places know of. Anytime you start down old 63 the mood and everything just changes. It can be a bright and beautiful day but once you start down that road you can't shake the creepy feeling in the pit of your stomach.
There are stories all the way down that road. The cemetery there is even dark and almost foggy looking in the daytime. Ask almost any local and I'm sure they have at least one story about something at red ash.

Comment by Amber (local for 17 years): Ghost train, a guy jumped off the tower out there and killed himself, so many kids stories about them being drug into the water at night like camping, an ill old man stabbed his wife to death in the creek.
