We finally had the courage to move out about a week after we moved I decided to research on the house. We found out that in 1928 a family lived here with a little girl named Victoria Schneider she was 13.
Her dad beat her she would hide out in the building every day and one day he finally beat her to death and as the story goes he buried her in the backyard under a tree they say you can still see her enitials carved into the tree.

I never actually saw the ghost but the friend I was with saw it. This happened when I was 15 and now I am 38. I lived in a neighborhood off of hwy 58 called Murray Hills. In the middle of the suburbs there was an undeveloped forest of about ten acres. Me and my friend Jeff were hanging out at dusk in the middle of those woods so he could sneak chewing tobacco so his mom would not know. So we were standing there talking and his face goes all white and he's looking off into the woods terrified. I asked what's wrong because he was scaring me with just that look on his face. He starts pointing out there and saying red man red man. I had no idea what he was talking about.
The only thing coming to my mind was red man chewing tobacco and that did not make since. So he says it again pointing red man red man! . I cannot see anything but I step closer to where he's pointing and look back and Jeff is gone. He's running at full speed out of the woods leaving me there alone with the sun almost down so I turned and ran too. I felt a terrible feeling of being watched the entire run. When we got to his house he was in tears and would not talk about it until later. What he described seeing was a totally red skinned man as in blood red not sun burned with large solid black eyes with no pupils or irises and he said it was moaning and staring at us. Like I said I never saw it myself but this tough kid fell apart seeing whatever he saw. There was no acting . He was literally in tears wanting to call his mom at work.
