In the early spring of 1990, I was briefly staying with a relative who lived off Foust Carney Road. One night I was driving on Clinton Hwy towards Clinton after seeing friends in the Broadacres neighborhood in Powell. At midnight exactly, I was stopped at the light at the intersection of Clinton Hwy and Edgemoor Road. A guy on his tractor at the intersection to my right passed through his green light onto Edgemoor Road. I remember thinking it was a weird

time of night to be on your tractor, but... Whatever. When my light turned green I passed through the intersection, and as I did it felt like every hair

on my head stood up straight. It was very strong and weird sensation. The sensation continued as I was driving in the left lane up the road.
I had my bright headlights on, and nothing else on the road, when I saw in passing, in the right lane beside me a very young girl crossing, possibly ten to twelve years old, walking on the right side of the road. She was barefoot and in a straight little colorless dress with spaghetti straps. Not enough
