When I was about seven years old, I saw an old lady dressed in a long worn black gown with a black netted veil over her face and head. At the time we had a house on Bear Cage Road near the highway. I was sitting outside in the front yard with my sisters, cousins and uncle. The lady looked directly at me from the front door inside the house. Using her long skinny finger, she pointed for me to come in to her. I screamed and it took everyone hours to calm me down.
Since then I have not seen her in that form but she has followed me around all of my life. Different little ways she makes herself known. I was told by someone that she is my guardian. I was told by another uncle that she is the old school marm that used to work at the old school house that stood there in the early 1800's. I was told by someone else that she was once an Indian (I have a little in my blood), and we have found arrow heads dating back for hundreds of years on this property.

I once went to a fortune teller who saw her with me. About a year ago we had a tree that almost hit our house. Had it fallen where it was going to it would have killed my husband and I. The next day, I took pictures. There she was in the shadows with what looked like an owl on her head. It anyone knows anything about this ghost, please let me know. I am just curious if we are related. Thanks!.

Hi! This is Beth writing again... Still curious and hoping someone will come forth with information about what occurred here. I will add a little more detail myself. Whenever our neighbor showed us the stones that had been hidden for so long my grandmother (very Christian woman) put new rocks on top of the old ones that were sunken into the ground.
