Kelly Rd in Holliday TN. I've seen a girl walking along the road like 3 times. There's a little bridge in the curve over a creek and I've seen her walking along. She has long dark hair and tattered clothes. I couldn't see her face.
She was slightly translucent but not really. It's hard to explain. I avoid that road now.

Comment by David: I'm currently interested in a property in Holladay. I decided to go on here just to see what stories / legends are in area. I was shocked to see this story about Kelly Road The property I'm interested in is on this road and begins right where this bridge going over creek is. The creek itself is property line. The place I'm looking at is pretty good deal and been on market for close to year. I'm still very much interested in this land but now have to wonder about why it hasn't sold. If anyone out that way in Holladay knows about this bridge on Kelly Road and possible ghost girl, please tell all. I also wonder if the ghost is attached or connected to the house for sale with green tin roof?.
