My family came from the Kelso and Mulberry area. My uncle and cousins use to talk about walking home at night from Fayetteville and crossing the old Kelso bridge you might see old men passing in the dark their faces would be like stone then they would just disappear.

I was told that a lot of people was killed in that area and their souls and spirit will always be there.

Comment by anonymous: The old Ben Thompson farm on Sweet Springs Rd is haunted . A lot of children died there from whooping cough. The farm is connect to the Snoddy Rollins family. You can hear children crying at night and strange lights.
Comment by anonymous: Can someone give me more information on the old Ben Thompson Farm haunting. My family has land in that area and that sounds very similar to what we experienced one night while working with thermal imaging. It happens pretty frequently out there.
