I've never seen a ghost myself or experienced any supernatural events. Where I live on my grandparents' place there is a hollow called the Granny Holler. It's across the road from near my driveway. My grandparents always talked about the reason it was called that. They said it was because of sightings of an old woman there. At one time there were some people who lived up that hollow.
My grandfather was born in 1916 in Blackwater, VA. My grandmother

grew up about a quarter mile from where we live now. They both heard many stories about it, and the story is that late at night you can see an old woman

standing at the road with suitcases in a white dress waiting for a ride. I've walked by there at midnight and later because I used to like to walk and ride bikes. I myself have never seen it. My grandfather was once walking that ridge after going to see my grandmother while dating. He tripped and fell, and something stood up behind him. It was all white, and he ran, but that turned out to be a cow, lol.
