We had just moved into a new home. It was quite late. My daughter and I were sitting on the couch watching the television. I must have nodded off for a few minutes because I was startled awake by my daughter shaking me. She was wide eyed and visibly shaken. She said ''there was a man standing in the kitchen, staring at me. '' I did what I could to ease her mind, and she slept in the bed with me that night. The incident was pushed to the back of our

minds until four days later.
While outside I started talking with my new neighbors, who couldn't get over the fact that we moved in. I inquired

as to why it was odd. It turns out a young man had been shot in the house and died in the kitchen. I got a little chilled and decided to ask my daughter a few questions. I didn't tell her what I had heard. I asked her what the man looked like that she had seen. According to what I was told, my daughter described the young man who had died. The next day I got holy water and performed a house blessing. Nothing has been seen since, but things get moved
