Anyone remember if this actually happened? We lived there in the late 90's and I was told the fire happened about 15 years or so before that by an older resident of the complex and that the apartment complex had been built on the grounds of the burnt out buildings. Submitted by Tullahoma
Comment by Kimberly: Do you remember your apartment #? The reason I asked is because when I was 8 I lived there and my grandfather died in the apt. we lived in. Also... We lived there in the 80s and although I was young I am unaware of a fire unless it occurred after we moved.. My grandfather died in 1984 I believe... And we moved a while after his death. And my email is kimberlydwest @hotmail .com.

Comment by Kimberly: I left a comment before but my email wasn't put in correctly. I was asking about the apartment number at the AF apartments because my grandfather died in the one we lived in in 1984. Can anyone tell me? My email is kimberlydwest@ hotmail. com .

Comment by Kimberly: Okay thank you so much. I don't know what the number of the apartment is that I lived in.. I am assuming maybe #1 since it was the first apartment. It was on the side closest to the old Tullahoma Highway. The experiences you had sound so similar to my grandfather... Especially about turning off the lights! He was constantly saying that. How interesting :).
