On time when I was 10 years old my brother and I was riding our dirt bikes. We went into the woods and saw an old house. It looked like it was built in the early 1900s. We went in it and we went upstairs we heard foot steps.
I got kind of scared we went back downstairs and we saw a ghost. We rushed out and drove back home.

I visited my cousin who lived in Piney Flats in 2013. If I remember correctly she lived on Huffman Hill Road. Her house was painted white and was a one-story house, and it was haunted. She moved out of that house a year later after I visited.

When I was there I experienced her house ghost. At night I would hear footsteps in the hallway even though I knew that everyone else in the home was asleep, and I was the only one up. I came out to have a drink in the kitchen and I swear I saw a man standing in the living room.
When he saw me he disappeared. I didn't see him just once. There were two more time that I saw him, one in the hallway and another time in front of the bathroom. He looked as surprised to see me as I him.
I talked to my cousin about my experience. She told me the previous owner's father passed away in the home, and that could be him. Sometimes I wonder if he is still there.
