I replied with ''a little boy about this tall? Indicating a height of about 4 feet. He replied that yes the boy had been there for a couple of years. These are just some of the incidents that have occurred there along with my step mother being woken in the night by a screaming only she could hear.

On the river road in Sparta on the last sharp curve going towards town. There is a sighting of an elderly woman. It is said that sometimes your car will shut off and if you turn headlights on than off and on again you will see this woman walking back and forth across the road pulling her casket behind her with her dog trailing behind.
