find them. My dad was raised here in Vonore, and he was a teen before they tore the mansion down, and he has told me some spooky stuff about the area, but the only way to know if there is something or someone haunting it is to get proof.

Well my grandpa and grandma live out there and I visit them quite a bit. Now my papaw doesn't believe in ghosts and my grandma does. Well the road that's in front of their property is like 100 or a little more years old.

And they both saw a figure walking down that road wearing a white shirt, this happened at night. Also during the day on there porch they had family friends over and a different ghost (man) was just standing there while they were sitting out there talking and drinking coffee. My grandparents saw him, he was right there like you and me but the friends didn't see him.

My grandma also, and this will sound weird you would have to see it for yourself to believe it. But she actually has a picture of a car but it's like a ghost. She calls it the ghost car. That's not all, a lot of paranormal stuff goes on out there at my papaws.
Now he has seen these things with his own eyes and still doesn't believe in it. I haven't seen anything yet but if and when I do I'm not really sure how I will react. :).
