I lived in hoosier courts apartments on kinser pike in 2002-2003. On two different occasions two or more people saw what were believed to be two young girls around 7-10 years old dressed in 1800's style dresses.
The first sighting occurred around 2 or 3 am when my roommate and I walked downstairs to go smoke a parliment cigarette yes the recessed filters were a hit back then. While we reached the bottom of the steps my roommate told me to look

by our TV where we had two seats and each side of the TV.
There were two young girls seated in the chairs on each side of the TV. I couldn't believe

my eyes but he described to me exactly what I saw. We quickly turned on the lights and they disappeared. That was sighting number 1.
The second time we had like 10-12 people over watching a movie when I swear I saw two shadows appearing to walk up the stairs of our apartment. I didn't say anything to anyone but caught eye contact with two other people in our apartment and they asked if anyone just saw what they saw.
