they saw and each of them said they swore they saw what looked like two shadows moving up the stairs. No one had moved or was even near the stairs when the shadows appeared.
I never really believed in ghosts before these incidents but I am a 100% believer after these two experiences. Hoosier courts apartments is haunted with 2 young females that must have died sometime in the 1700 or 1800's.

This may not have anything to do with Bloomington in particular but I live in Bloomington and recently I was effected by a spirit in a very insane way. I was sleeping one night when a spirit came in contact with me and ripped the sheets off of my bed and made me extremely hot.
