My mother's employee told me a chilling tale. When she was young, she lived in 504 e something Street in Bluffton, in. She reported seeing a boy about 7-9 wearing a sailor suit. She assumed he wanted to play, for she heard him often.
She said she also saw a man there. She said she heard that a boy and a man were both killed in a barn fire in the mid 1800s.
