I feel that there are two spirits here: a woman whom I have heard and a boy who has been seen by three people. The thing that scares me is there is another presence which gives out a negative energy. You can feel it as soon as you get here. Right now just writing about this, things are happening. The woman and the boy do not bother us. The boy is actually playful and is very considerate, but the negative presence really scares the
