I have had experiences in the house on South Poplar Street. I have experienced these since I was small and the house has been blessed many times, but it still feels like there is something there.

My first experience was a dark shadow in the hallway when I was about seven with a friend. We were going to go play in the room connected to the bathroom. I just felt this presence, and it stopped me. Come to find out years later my brother felt something in that same hallway too. The older man and woman that lived there before two weeks later after they had moved the old man died. His family had built that house, and he died of lung cancer.

My second experience was a little girl in the upstairs. The room to the left was my room. I came to get an item I was looking for under my bed. I looked up in the window to find a little girl sitting in my window. It was night. The reflection of her was in my window sitting on my bed. I looked at my bed, and she wasn't there. I looked back at the window, and she was there. I have heard my door creak open some nights. Thinking it was my brother in the room to the right, but it wasn't because I kept asking him the next day. Also I would hear slow footsteps up the stairs late at night, and my door would creak open. It was frightening.
My third experience was I was sitting on my bed talking to one of my friends on the phone. I saw my ball on the floor start rolling around like a child was playing with it. I have also looked for things under my bed and heard children giggling while I was looking for items under my bed. My experiences have gotten so bad in this house. I spent three years sleeping on the couch in the living room. That little girl would just stand there some nights for hours at the corner where the kitchen and stairs meet.
My most recent experience before I moved with daughter. It was late at night, and my daughter was asleep next to me on the couch as I was watching a television show. I heard a raspy man voice say my name coming from around the kitchen area. I left the next night and stayed at my friend's house. No one lives in this house today, and it will be put up for sale. I would never live in this house again. .
