When I was younger I lived in the pink apartments on Washington Street. There were many times I could see a young boy running in the hallway or playing on my bunk bed. We could hear him running up and down the stairs. I was the only one who actually saw him. They could hear him and things would be thrown and moved around.

I was a student at Cannelton elem. One day our class went to the Perry County Museum. Once inside this is what I encountered. The eyes on an old painting followed my as I walked across the old wood floor.

In the late of night or very early morning on warm summer nights one can sometimes see what seems to be people walking along the Washington Street sidewalks. They are dressed in clothes from the late 19th century or early 20th century.
Not really sure which 19th or 20th maybe both. I have seen this many times. They do not seem to see anyone but just walk by either alone or with someone. Once I observed 5 individuals laughing and talking as they walk down towards the river.
