She said her grandfather has been dead for about 1 year. She said that she always heard her sister talking to no one. And that her sister would tell her about her conversations with their deceased grandfather.
All this took place at their grandmother's house where their grandfather died. One day her mother took a picture of my friend and her little sister sitting on the couch. The picture was taken on an old Polaroid camera.

Most of the things I have heard are just random ghost stories with a do this do that kind of thing. It has been over ten years since my experience but I still remember it. In what we call the projects of Charlestown, there is a set of woods behind them which lead to some farm land.
When we were teens we used to go out there all the time and play in the woods, but there was this one specific spot we used to go to. There is a road that leads from the projects into the woods and past the municipal plant they have built there.
