I have seen a dog and a woman in white walking in the cemetery on Jefferson Street just south of Morse reservoir.

Moved into my house in 2012. House had been built in 1960 on an old farm estate. Was out in back part of farm, noticed an older man in white shirt and brown pants watching me. Thought it was neighbor's dad.
Asked him. He said nobody lived with him. Over the course of the year I have done a lot of fixing up around the house. Every once and a while there's a heavy smell of cigarette smoke around me. I don't smoke.

I have lived here about two months in Arcadia and have interacted with paranormal activity. Like one night me and my friend heard a spooky ripping sound and a echo like train. After that we saw this green mist.
Suddenly we heard screaming and yelling. Then I saw a little girls face with white curly hair and evil green eyes. She looked sad and droopy. Then she disappeared in thin air. Ever since we can't stop thinking about it and were trying to solve the case! We need comments to help.
Maybe ideas' of about what it might have been we heard and saw that night on September 27 2013.
