I lived in Grissom Estates Apartments from 2006 to 2009. During that time my middle child who is now 9 years old would always talk about a man he saw named Jackson. My son told me this man liked to ride trains and carried a big gun with him.
I myself would experience paranormal things. The lights turning on and off by themselves, water running in the middle of the night when everyone was sleeping. Even had a male voice wake me up early one morning telling me I was going to be late for work.
There was no adult male living in the house at that time. I have always been curious as to the history surrounding that property.
