A house on west substation road is haunted by all the former owners of the house it is known as the baker-martin-walker home. During the day you can sometimes get a glimpse of the people working in their garden canning jellies in the house or sitting on the front porch stringing green beans to hang up during the winter months or fixing the fence.
During the night you can see lights near the old fishing pond and the creek down by the gate.

Ok I have 2 different experiences 2 put down 1st I have lived here my whole life but my very 1st 'ghost' sighting was in the 3rd grade we were on a field trip to Elmhurst. There are many stories about the place. Anyway we were walking to it from the bus. My friend Cierra and I were in the very back, and we looked at a window and she said look and we saw a face of a little girl we looked away and it was gone .

My 2nd thing I was at my old house and my brother was about 2 at the time anyway he kept on laughing and looking at the ceiling so I asked what r you laughing at and he said mamaw my grandma then was dead for about a week but when he said that I was astounded, now she has been dead for a long time now and whenever times are bad I feel as if she's right there with us. It is a good feeling to know that she will always be there for me.
