The old Fair Oaks farm house where the farm manager lived, that later was moved into Fair Oaks town was visited by ghosts in the closet in the upstairs bedroom where the three girls slept. At night you could see a dark shadow standing over the girls bed looking at them and noises came from inside the closet.
Years later the new owners heard the same noises and asked the old farm manager if he had the same problem with the house.

This is the story of the hatchet lady, this one goes as such: driving south east of Demotte you hit an old farm road and begin making your way to a place called ''dogface bridge'' the bridge is supposedly haunted and I've gone down it several times with friends.
The old bridge is abandoned and there's a huge hole right in the middle of it, you can only jump across it. Taking a car would be fatal. You walk down this long path until you hit a river. Apparently if you do the right things you can get the hatchet lady to appear, however I've never done the right procedures, it's truly is scary.
