I once lived on Ivy Street close to what used to be Washington Elementary. I always felt watched whenever I go down to the basement. My cousin passed out out of nowhere when she went down there. One time I was trying to go sleep in my bedroom, and I felt someone's hand touch my shoulder with a push. I looked up, and I heard a voice telling me ''wake up.'' almost. Every night I would feel someone was in my room walking around my bed watching me. I

would hear footsteps around me as well.
I've had many sleep paralysis episodes where I'd see a dark figure or a ghost woman with their hands around

my throat. One instance I felt as though I was levitating from my bed. My relatives would also experience sleep paralysis as well, but it came with demonic energy the grabbing of the throat in attempts to suck the breathe away from you.
My relatives also experienced someone grabbing their feet while they were in bed. All this happened while being awake. These accounts are no dreams. We would often see shadow people climbing up and down the stairs.
