One night I got up and saw a little girl with blonde pigtail braids and Pioneer clothes walking down the hall. I stopped and watched her and when she got to the stairs she turned around and waved then disappeared.
I have no clue who she is but I know there was a different building where the apartment building is now beore because she had no feet and I've heard when a ghost has no feet it's because when they were living the building was lower.

Comment by Aimee: I see things all the time and they do have feet. Maybe her feet had been cut off at death and that is why you couldn't see them.

Comment by Amy: Ok I've watched ghost adventures for a few years now and I've learned a lot. What you saw was part of a manifestation (part of a ghost), ghosts are said to give off electromagnetism which is similar to a lighting strike. We can't always see them with our eyes.
It could be that her legs were cut off at death, but facts do point to part of a manifestation. Getting a full manifestation of a ghost is rare but not unheard of. Most paranormal investigators get what you saw.
Some like ghost adventures get lucky. That's all I really know, the rest is still a mystery.
