Once we got to the car, there were small handprints all over it! The next time we went, we backed the car in so we could leave a little faster if something were to happen. We heard a girl's voice which caused us again to run to the car at the bottom of the hill.
We saw eyes in the bushes on the way down. To our surprise, the car was no longer backed in to the driveway. That was the last time I visited that spot. I have heard many other stories

about that spot, but don't know if it is still there.
This was ten years ago.

Comment by Ally: I heard the same story about the multiple fires at a house on Till Road. 2 friends and myself went one night to check it out. The burned out basement was all that was left. We had been told that if you sit on the edge of the foundation and dangle your legs into the basement someone / thing would tug on them.
We were all too afraid to try that so we just stood around looking into the basement. At about the same time all of us noticed a person standing across the open basement opposite of us on the other side.
It was very difficult to see but there was an impression that this person was very tall. We all backed away and started to quickly hike down the hill to the car. (my primary concern had been that it was someone who was using the privacy of the place to do drugs as we had seen various paraphernalia littering the ground).
Partway back to the car we spotted the same figure ahead of us crouched into the bushes. He rose to his full height and lunged towards us. He didn't come very close but it was still incredibly scary.
It was then that I started to think something really unusual was going on. It was clearly the person we had seen across the basement but there is no way it should have been able to catch up with us or pass us.
It would have needed to climb down into the basement and then back up and out the other side. Or it would have needed to circle around to the side that we were on. It didn't have time realistically to do either.
Even my memory of this experience is weird. I clearly remember all the small details that happened while we were up on the hill but I can't really recall the circumstances of our drive there or our drive away.
I talked about it with my friends but just a little. It's like we were uncomfortable with what had happened.
