later, on a hunch, I decided to do a little bit of research on the house. I learned that shortly after the house was built, a five-year-old child was hit and killed by a drunk driver while playing with her dolls in the front yard. Shortly after, the grieving parents packed up the house and moved to another town, which explains the lonely innocent soul left behind, still looking and waiting for her mother to return home and collect her. she has found peace in the loving arms of her mother and can finally rest in peace.
