When we looked at our photos one in particular showed a large bright orb that seemed to emit its own light right in the doorway. It didn't seem to have the hallmarks of a dust orb which is commonly mistaken for a paranormal manifestation in photographs. It showed up right along with the random energy signature. It was exactly what we were going for: two different types of confirmation of a manifestation.

across any voices when we reviewed our EVP recordings. I've experienced other things at French Lick and a lot over at West Baden a mile down the road.

Someday when I have time I'll add those stories too. I will say I have a lot of love for both resorts. They are beautiful and full of history, and the staff really knows how to make you feel at home. My wife and I will visit whenever possible. Far as I know, nobody's ever been hurt by anything there. Just some freaky experiences and occasionally a damned good scare.
