In 1988 I rented an apartment at the former Garret Hospital/Sacred Heart Hospital. I went to bed one day and did not have my eyes closed yet. I had just laid down. I did not believe that ghosts were real, but I saw her walk out of the closet. She was a nurse with a white skirt, white shoes, white shirt tucked in and a white nurses cap on. I could see her face and even her eyes. But she was see through. She walked from my closet and looked at a bottle that was in her hands as if she was reading it. She looked up at me directly, looking me in the eyes. She stopped for a moment. In that second or two of first seeing her I could not breathe, move, or make noise. I was frozen in bed where I lay. It was scary!!! She turned and walked out the door into the living room.
I never saw a ghost before or after this day. I did not believe that people actually saw ghosts but I did that day. I heard that my bedroom had formerly been where the medicine was kept, and the living room/kitchen area was formerly the waiting room for patients. I was so scared and astonished by what I saw that day that I immediately moved out of the apartment building. It had been Garrett Hospital, and it also had been a Catholic Hospital called Sacred Heart. To this day I get goose bumps just remembering it.

Comment by Dani: I lived at Sacred Heart from March 2011 until August 2012. I had never been so scared of any building in all my life until living there. The things I heard and witnessed will never leave me. I saw ghosts heard them felt them run through me and had to listen to the horrible sounds of things I cannot understand.
I never slept while living on the first floor the first 5 months. I ended up moving up to the 3rd floor where things were somewhat better but still lots of weird things happened.

Hi my name is Garrett Conrad 4 years ago I lived in a trialer. And every night I hear knoking on the door 3 times. And the one time I decited to open the door and there was a woman standing in the middle of the street crying.
