There is a house that used to be my best friend's house in Gentryville where, as his dad said, there used to be an apple orchard and that the house burned down claiming the lives of the family. My friend and I both have had many experiences a shadow apparition that was pretty detailed. It appeared to be a little girl who once engaged in a game of hide and seek in the dark. I was hiding in the corner, and my friend was hiding in the closet. As his sister

came into the room looking for us, he saw her (the ghost) crawl over the bed on her hands and knees. She was looking right at him and then startled. He

yelled ''turn the light on. '' As he said that, she very quickly crawled around the bed right by my feet and looked up at me. As she went by and as the lights turned on, she was gone. It was as if to avoid detection by his sister.
Another occurrence would be I woke up one night freezing, so I walked into the living room to get another blanket. On the other side of the living room was a sunroom, and I was standing in the living room. I heard two older
