Polk place off Main Street in Greenwood. Back in the early 2000's it was a place to go and hangout in the middle of night with High School friends. Before now most of it was abandoned with very few businesses.
We have seen tall shawdows learking voices and all around a creepy feeling of people watching you. A year ago I went to the Johnson county Museum of history and learned in the 1920's Polk place used to be a canning factory it caught fire years later.

I grew up on the border line of Greenwood and Whiteland. The house we lived in was newly built and had never been on any kind of burial ground or anything that I know of. Well it started about three weeks after we moved in. First was little noises that I thought where just the house settling in... Then I started hearing voices when I knew everyone else was asleep or at work and school. (I am the oldest but my immune system isn't all that great) well about four months after we moved in I woke up in the middle of the night due to a loud bang. I looked all over the house then came to my brothers room lastly... There I saw a little girl with curly blonde hair standing over my youngest brother... She was holding a knife to his throat... I went after her after a slight pause and she just vanished...The knife dropped to the floor and I collapsed on the floor in tears.
After I was done with that I took the knife back to the kitchen... Well a few nights later I woke up to go to the bathroom...There right by my bed there where two little girls identical to each other jumping rope... They looked over at me and they started changing... They're mouths elongated and their eyes turned solid black...I was as scared as ever... I told my mom about it the next morning and she did not believe me... My little brother told her that he has seen them too.... '' they play with me mommy... They're really nice and they love to jump rope. They talk to me when I am mad too. They always understand. They where hurt by their daddy when they where little. He hung them and they want to hurt him cuz he hurt them'' my mom was really confused that me and him could see them but no one else could...I do not think she ever really saw them but these instances are still occurring even now that we're out of that house... I've found out that their names are Stephanie and Olivia...
